• 1 pao milk, 5 to 6 almonds, 1 piece of misree crushed, 1 tsp honey, 2 or 3 black currants
(black kishmish), 1 tsp cashew nuts n pistachios crushed (optional),
pinch turmeric (haldi), 1 tbsp saagoodaana, chaandi ka warq, half tsp
kewra, 1 tsp dry dates (chhuwaray) crushed, drink this milk everyday or
atleast thrice a week•
1 cup or 1 pao wa...rm milk, 1 tsp kewra, 2 to 3 almonds crushed, some pistachios crushed, 2 to 3 raisins (kishmish), a small piece (10gm) of misree, 2 or 3 crushed dry dates (chhuwara), a pinch of saffron, chaandi ka warq, 1 tsp rosewater. Mix ALL THE THINGS N DRINK IT.

1 cup warm milk, 1 tsp kewra, 2 to 3 almonds crushed, some pistachios crushed, 2 to 3 raisins (kishmish), a pinch of saffron, chaandi ka warq, 1 tsp rosewater. Drink twice a day.
